Return & Refund Policy

 

At Dimivo, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process.

You may return items that are in new and unused condition, along with all original packaging and accessories. Items that have been used, worn, or altered are not eligible for return. Final sale or perishable items are also non-refundable.

All return requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Late returns will not be accepted unless approved in advance.

To return a product, please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions. We cannot process any return that does not include an RA number clearly marked on the package.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

If you prefer to exchange an item, we’ll be happy to help as long as the requested item is in stock. Price differences and shipping charges may apply.

Please ensure your return is packed securely and shipped using a reliable carrier with tracking. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
